Dr Luke Aldridge-Waddon PhD DClinPsy CPsychol (he/him) is a Clinical Psychologist working within the NHS and in independent practice. His main area of clinical practice is clinical health psychology, using psychological approaches to support people experiencing mental health difficulties and psychosocial distress in the context of persistent physical symptoms and long-term health conditions.
Luke provides psychological assessment and therapy services. He works mainly within a cognitive-behavioural framework, integrating principles from cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and compassion-focused therapy (CFT). He is also regularly engaged in research, teaching, and supervision.
